When a career ends, a business changes hands, or the identity you built no longer fits — the hardest part isn't the change itself. It's making every decision from fear, alone, gripping the wheel because slowing down feels dangerous. I help people move through transition with clarity instead of chaos, and make decisions from self trust instead of the fear of doing it all wrong.
The Problem:

A role, a marriage, or a season of life you've outgrown. However it shows up, the ground moves under you, and most people respond by forcing their way through it: deciding out of fear, controlling every outcome they can get their hands on, going it alone because admitting they don't know what's next feels like weakness.

That's the exhaustion. Not the change itself — the white-knuckling. The racing questions at 2am. The doubt that makes you second-guess a decision you already made. Doing all of it without anyone to think it through with.

The Solution:
A grounded, structured process built around three shifts:

Clarity instead of racing doubt. Not more information, but a way to actually settle a decision instead of re-litigating it every night.

Trusting your own instincts again, instead of deciding from fear. Most people in transition have been managing everyone else's reaction to their choices. This is about hearing your own gut again, and believing it.

Moving forward on your terms, instead of stalling. Discomfort doesn't go away during a real transition, but it stops being the thing that decides for you.
The Shift:

Force is deciding from fear — gripping the wheel, controlling every outcome you can reach, doing it alone because stopping to think feels risky.

Flow is something else. Grounded. Clear. Decisive — not because the fear disappeared, but because it's no longer the one driving.

That's the shift this work is built around. Force to flow.
About Me
I grew up with a script: stay mainstream Christian, marry young, have kids, buy the house, work the job. Check the boxes, and you'd be fine. For a while, I followed it.

Then I started questioning it...and kept going. I'm building businesses instead of just working a job. We sold our house. I've studied and incorporated more religious paths than the one I was handed, looking for what was actually true instead of what I was told was true. My kids are growing up watching that: that the traditional route isn't automatically the right one, just the expected one.

That's the transition this work is built on: not career-to-career, but from living by what I thought I was supposed to want to building a life my family and I actually chose. Force to flow, lived before it was a coaching framework.
